Hanna van Vliet

Hanna van Vliet graduated in Drama and Contemporary Music Theatre at the Amsterdam University of the Arts in 2014. For ANNE+, irrepsective of acting, Hanna contributes as co-creator. She can be seen in various films like Oh Baby, Broers, Ron Goossens Low-Budget Stuntman, and the Netlix show Toon. In 2021 the movie Quicksand will premiere, in which she plays the leading part. In addition to her work for film, she works in theatre on a regular basis. She played leading roles in the musicals De Tweeling, Fiddler on the Roof and Pippi Longstocking. She got nominated for a Musical Award for Best Actress twice. Hanna is an advocate for a broad representation of queer roles and female leads in the Dutch film and tv landscape. For her role in ANNE+ she got nominated for a Golden Calf in the category Best Actress in a drama series at the Netherlands Film Festival 2020.

Jade Olieberg landed the lead in Netflix Original Series ARES, which aired worldwide in 2020. This was after playing an episode of American hit CBS series RANSOM (2018). At a young age, even before she had her formal training the audience knew her from internationally succesful young adult film HOW TO SURVIVE MYSELF (2008). Since graduating from the Theatre Academy Amsterdam in 2016 she appeared as a leading or supporting actress in several films and long running, high profiled series; VAN GOD LOS (2011), OVERSPEL (2012), PENOZA (2017), IK WEET WIE JE BENT (2018) and ANNE+ (2018). Late 2020 Jade will play the lead part in LAURA H., the theatrical adaptation of the award winning book about a Dutch ISIS-bride.

Eline van Gils graduated in Drama and Contemporary Music Theatre at the Amsterdam University of the Arts in 2014.
 In her last year she did an internship with various theater companies such as the NNT, Zeelandia and director Koos Terpstra. After her education, Eline played in many different performances by young makers. Eline has a lot of experience in playing for a young audience. 
She works as a permanent actress with theater company ‘Playback’ with which she tours throughout the whole country.
These performances are all about discussing difficult themes such as sexuality, bullying and image.

Jouman Fattal

In 2015 Jouman Fattal graduated from the Utrecht School of Arts. Since then she has developed into a versatile actress, theatre maker and writer. She played leading roles in the drama series Project Orpheus and in the tv series De Zuidas for which she was nominated for a Golden Calf for Best Actress. In 2019, Jouman played roles in Gelukzoekers and the online web series ANNE+. On stage she played in Noem het Maar Liefde, as well as in the solo performance Quatsch, as part of the Amsterdam Fringe Festival.In 2020 she will play the leading role in the theatre play Broken Winged Bird, a co-production of Frascati Productions and Theater Na de Dam. Additionally, Jouman will be seen in TV series such as Koppensnellers, Nieuw Zeer and the second season of ANNE+.

Alex graduated from the Theatre Academy in Maastricht in 2017. On stage he played in the musical All Stars, but also in productions of Het Nationaal Theater (National Theatre), Toneelgroep Oostpool, and most recently in Wolven Huilen Niet Alleen by Frascati Productions. Alex played leading roles in the TV series Petticoat and Ik Weet Wie Je Bent. Additionally, he has starred in films both nationally and internationally such as Ventoux, Fissa, De Verbouwing, App, and Gangsterdam. In 2020, he will be seen in TV series such as Van der Valk, ANNE+ and Dertigers.

Huib Cluistra graduated in Drama and Contemporary Music Theatre at the Amsterdam University of the Arts in 2014. In the following years he performed in plays like ANNE, about the life of Anne Frank, Circus Reve and Poz Paradise.Together with Rosa da Silva he wrote and played their own sketch show GROOTS. Last year he played Mark Buther in the national tour of Ghost Stories and he performed in LIKE, performing on high schools throughout The Netherlands. He played several (guest)roles in series like Flikken Maastricht, Jeuk, Familie Kruys and Spangas. He can also be seen in the film De Zevende Hemel.

Amy van der Weerden is a 2015 graduate from the Maastricht institute of performative arts. She worked on multiple theater productions: 'The Dreaming' in cooperation with De Warme Winkel, 'Het Ontmoetingsbureau' and 'Better Safe Than Sorry' both created by Merel Smitt, 'Paradise Pigs' and 'Oor Overboord' created by Jan Jasper de Vries and also 'Kapta' and 'Scherven' created by Sytze Schalk. On screen Amy played in the Netflix series 'Toon', the webseries 'Toen wij tijd hadden', the television series 'ANNE+' and the romantic comedy 'Single39'. Soon you will be able to listen to her voice acting skills in the radio play 'De Wraak van de Kaap' in cooperation with TG Lampfret and Theater Walhalla.

Jesse Mensah (1993) graduated at the Amsterdam School for Drama & Contemporary Music Theatre with the theatre production Fort Europa in 2016. In the theatre he performed in Stad der blinden, Een soort Hades and Platanov with Theater Utrecht. In Lear and De verbeelde stad at the Over het IJ Festival; in Weg met Eddy Belleguele (NTF-Selection 2020) with Toneelschuur Producties and in Illias with Orkater Newcomers with his own collective. Jesse played in different television series and was one of the regular presenters of the popular children’s program Willem Wever. In ANNE+ he plays the part of Max.

Flip Zonne Zuijderland is an Amsterdam based actor and filmmaker. Since 2018 he's been co-owner of a production company named Zo'n Bende that mainly focuses on producing music videos for local artists. He is now working on the creation of a short form series about the life of a young trans man. As Doris in ANNE+ he had his first big screen appearance. In september 2020 he'll start as a member of DOX, a theater collective from Utrecht. DOX is known for their expressive performances and contemporary subject matters.

Myrthe Huber graduated in Drama and Contemporary Music Theatre at the Amsterdam University of the Arts in 2017. During her studies she also developed her writing and composition skills. Along with fellow student Milan Sekeris she founded NORDGOND: a Dutch country music duo. She starred in the satirical TV show Even tot Hier and in the series Bad Influencer and TreurTeeVee. In addition to her work for TV, she also played in several theatre shows such as the musical Annie and George en Eran worden racisten, a comedy about racism. Her duo NORDGROND also composed the music for this play.

Jacqueline Blom graduated quite a while ago. She has been seen in classical plays, (as Portia) in ‘the Merchant of Venice’ to the multi media opera ‘Woman who walked into doors’ by Roddy Doyle. For television and film she has been seen in various Dutch tv series as ANNE+, Oogappels, Penoza, Loenatik, Old Money and According to Jacqueline. Recently she publiceshed a podcast: ’The bitch and the whore’. About how hidden, subconscious systems are keeping women in their place.

Hein van der Heijden made his appearance in more than 80 film- and television-productions, mostly in the Netherlands and Belgium. He had a leading role in the Duch/Italian serial ‘La Famiglia’ which was on Netflix. In the theatre he played prizewinning roles, like his part in Tsjechovs’ ‘Oom Wanja’ and his title-role in ‘Vincent van Gogh’. He was also two times nominated for the two parts in musicals he did. Scar in ‘The Lion King’, and ‘Sinatra’ in a musical about this singer. Since 2016 Hein van der Heijden is part of the ensemble of ‘Het Nationale Theater’ in the Hague.

Laura Gómez is an actress best known for her role as Blanca Flores on the Netflix hit series Orange Is the New Black. On TV, she has been featured in Law & Order: SVU, the HBO miniseries Show Me a Hero, and as Cecilia Castillo in Anne Plus. On the film front, she has been seen in Exposed, America Adrift, and Sambá, which had its world premiere at Tribeca 2017. She is a member of “Women Artists Writing,” a creative collective giving agency to female voices in the theater, and has directed a few short films, including To Kill a Roach and Hallelujah, which she also stars in, wrote and produced. Gómez splits her time between New York City and Santo Domingo and she's currently writing the script of her first feature film.

Ayla Çekin Satijn graduated from the HKU in 2017. She is (voice) actress, director and moderator. She can be seen in the series Spangas, 'Dit zijn wij' and the series 'Het F-woord'. She is Turkish, Flemish, lesbian and she thinks representation of progressive female roles and body positivity are of great importance. To create a more nuanced image of LGBTQ + characters and people with a bicultural background. She has toured with various theater productions by Bonte hond, TG Oostpool and Club Lam. Club Lam is a new feminist collective, where Ayla is committed to a more feminine perspective in the performing arts. Satijn also presented Oerol's morning show, made the podcast ‘Vrouwenrol’ and directed a short “Akela”.

Kirsten made her debut on television and since her graduation from theaterschool (Amsterdam) in 2000, she has remained very active on stage. She was part of the permanent ensemble of actors at Toneelgroep Oostpool. She played multiple leading roles in the succesful plays as A VIEW FROM A BRIGDE, A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE and WHO'S AFRAID OF VIRGINIA WOOLF. For her role as Honey, Kirsten won the Columbina. Kirsten was seen in the highly praised performance ANGELS IN AMERICA. She also starred in the productions LULU and DEMONS. This season she will be seen in a solo performance BEING WRONG AND HOW TO ADMIT IT. Kirsten can be seen in tv series like; Annie M.G, Westenwind, Judas, The Future is Fantastic, Swanenburg and more.

Actress and singer Joy Wielkens graduated from the University of Performing Arts in Amsterdam. She can be seen in various series like ANNE+, Dertigers, Van Speijk, Divorce, CMC and Zwarte Tulp and films like Sonny Boy, Toscaanse bruiloft, Alles is familie and De Marathon. On stage she played leads in Beneatha’s Place, A Raisin in the Sun, The Mountaintop and musictheatre pieces like Billie!, The Lion King DL and The Buddy Holly story. In 2013 she was nominated for a Musical Award. Joy made three one-woman shows: Sneeuw, Papa was a rollin’ nobody and Negra. In 2019 she played the titlerole in the short I am by Mirella Muroni. This year she starred in the theatreproduction Dear Winnie, about the life of Winnie Mandela.

Valentijn Benard (Amsterdam, 1988) graduated from the Academy for Dramatic Arts in Arnhem (ArtEZ) in 2016. That same year, he starred as the lead in the musical Soldier of Orange – the musical. Since then he has gone on to perform a wide array of roles in feature film (the male lead in Het Hart van Hadiah Tromp), theatre (La Pretenza; Permanent Destruction – The HM Concert) and (web)series (Flikken Rotterdam; Joardy Season; ANNE+). In fall 2020 he can be seen in an episode of All Stars & Zonen and in the stage production Dronken Mensen (Dronken Mensen).

She graduated 4 years later with her solo performance TUMBLEWEED, the play FORT EUROPA and the theatermarathon BORGEN from director Ola Mafalaani. Sarah got nominated for best upcoming talent in the musical ‘Fiddler on the roof’ in 2018 and the musical ‘ALL STARS’ followed. Besides theater & musical her tv & film career is also rising, as she stars in the series ’Het KLOKHUIS’, the short film ‘NERVOSA’ and the feature “DE PIRATEN VAN HIERNAAST’ as Betsy Donderbus.

Sharai Rodrigues graduated in Drama and Contemporary Music Theatre at the Amsterdam University of the Arts in 2011. During her studies she participated in various productions, including the youth theater performance The 101 Dalmatians of Bos Theater Productions. In addition to her work in the theater, she also starred in the film Alle Tijd and series such as DNA and the Ludwigs. She was also Dutch Bartending Champion in 2017 and came second during the World Championship in Copenhagen. Currently she also works as a bar consultant and specialist trainer in bartending, mixology and hospitality.

Djamila Landbrug (Darshan) graduated in 2010 from the actors' programme of the Utrecht University of Applied Sciences. She has worked for International Theatre Amsterdam (ITA) as an actress in the performances In Disgrace and The Other Voice, and also worked as a theatre teacher for the company. She played roles in series such as Papadag, New Neighbours, The Spa. In addition to her work as an actress, she works as a theatre teacher and theatre maker in education and for various art institutions. Darshan currently works as a Shiatsu therapist and works in the field of holistic healing.

Anne-Chris Schulting graduated in 2015 in Drama at ArtEZ University of the Arts in Arnhem. During her education she played in productions of Toneelgroep Oostpool and she did her internship in Elektra by NTGent. After her studies various productions followed at International Theatre Amsterdam, Theater Utrecht and Toneelschuur Producties. Last year Anne-Chris was seen in Stallerhof, a play by Xavier Franz Kroetz, where she embodied the prominent role of Beppie. Recently she played the role of Jordan Baker in The Great Gatsby by Toneelgroep Maastricht. Anne-Chris can also be seen in the short movie Daan & Chris on YouTube.
